What a game for the spectators today! The Chopbacks hosted Parkfield in a game full of action.
In the opening 15 mins we put their Defence and Goalkeeper to the test with a barrage of shots from distance and close up.
Parkfield had one chance and put it away to take the lead despite the run of play being against them.
The lads pushed on and despite some frustration in their shooting were awarded a penalty which was clinically dispatched by Lee Finnigan to draw us level.
2 player changes as well as a change of shape at half time, turned the game around for South Coast Athletico, as we commanded possession, Parkfield resorted to route 1, but, our back 4 were equal to the task.
Further goals came from Lee Finnigan, Callum William Homewood(excellent shot from distance) and Connor Easton to seal the tie.
Parkfields goalkeeper made some excellent saves to keep the score down.
So it finished SCA 4, Parkfields 1.
